Thanks for your email. We had to refund   the payment. This is because the address in Greece could not be verified   by our card service.
In order to pay, we need you to make a bank transfer. I have attached the bank details.
Also,   we want to check that you know the contents of the Kramer Guitar Pack.   Are you aware that it comes with Guitar, Amplifier, Strap, Strings,   Tuner and Plectrums? We ask because you also ordered the accessory pack   and another tuner. You have ordered Guitar, amplifier, 2 straps, 2   strings, 2 plectrums, and 3 tuners.

Thanks for your reply. I have changed your order   so there is just one of each item. The problem was with both of your   addresses as they are in Greece. Our card processing system is based in   the UK so it cannot verify addresses overseas to perform security   checks.

That never happened before and I've done it several times in the past.  I also saw that the money (238.96€) has been withdrawed from my credit card.

Νίκο, η αλληλογραφία τους λέει δύο σημαντικά σημεία:

1. We had to refund the payment: Σου επέστρεψαν την χρέωση. Πάρε άμεσα την πιστωτική σου τηλέφωνο να επιβεβαιώσεις ότι έχει επιστραφεί το ποσό.

2. we need you to make a bank transfer: Σου ζητούν να κάνεις Τραπεζικό έμβασμα (αλλιώς η παραγγελία δεν θα σταλεί) γιαυτό είναι και "Pending"

Το είδα αυτό χθες και 'μπήκα' στις πληροφορίες της κάρτας μου, αλλά δεν έδειχνε επιστροφή. Βέβαια να υποθέσω ότι δεν εμφανίζεται αυθημερόν και να ηρεμήσω λίγο.................

Εννοείται ότι μεταφορά σε λογ. δεν παίζει...

Other companies may have a different   policy, but we cannot accept any payment that does not 100% information   supplied by the card issuer and the bank. Your funds should return to   your card in the next couple of days.

Αρχίζω και ηρεμώ,,, στο web banking φαίνεται σαν χρέωση του ποσού, μίλησα με εθνική και το βλέπουνε δεσμευμένο, μου είπανε ότι δικαιολογείται η καθυστέρηση της εμφάνισης της επιστροφής έως 5-6 ημέρες, οπότε είμαστε ΟΚ...
